Mayhem Dance Productions was created to give adult dancers in the Idaho Falls area an outlet to continue dancing. In the second season director, Abbey Pincock, wanted it to be more than "just" dance. So every season Mayhem has given back to the community with funds raised. We dedicated our efforts to Suicide/depression awareness, appreciating the local youth arts in our community, and our supporting our local animal shelters. We received a lot of support from our local news and magazines that we are very grateful for. Getting a community on board to support dance and a good cause is very hard.
"I can't believe what a blessing Mayhem Dance Productions has been to me. Not only have I learned a lot, but I was also able to give back to my community. We may not have been able to raise a fortune, but you have to start somewhere. I have also gained some life changing friendships that I am forever thankful for. I want to continue Mayhem so us "old" ladies still have an outlet to dance out our troubles!" Abbey
Mayhem Dance Productions is currently taking a season off. Director Abbey Pincock is having baby #3 and revamping ideas to continue the progression of Mayhem. We will start back up with Adult technique/combos in July 2015, as long as we have enough interest. If you are interested in attending please contact Abbey at abbi_a@msn.com.
